Returns & Refunds Policy

We’re extremely proud of the quality of our products, and we want you to feel the same way when your order arrives.

If, however, you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have up to 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To request a return, please contact us at mail@ikigaicreations.com with your order details and a clear description of the issue.

Please do not return any products unless we have instructed you to do so.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and unworn
  • With tags, where applicable
  • In its original packaging

You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

At our discretion, we will either replace the defective item or refund the price of the defective item in full.

We will happily replace goods that are:

a) Damaged in transit
b) The wrong product or part compared to what was specified in your order
c) The incorrect material or size compared to what was specified or supplied in your order

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned or refunded.

Where custom work has been completed at your request, we are unable to refund or replace goods if the issue is due to:

a) Your design
b) The materials you requested
c) The final result not turning out as you had hoped

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
